A PEEK INTO THE PROGRAMME
Our Trading Graduate scheme is an exciting two-year rotational programme offering you a unique insight into several business areas including Trading, Customer Experience, Trading Product, and Quants & Analytics. Within each team, you’ll have the opportunity to get stuck in and gain hands-on experience working at the beating heart of the business, alongside our Trading experts in a truly dynamic environment. The rotations will help you find an area you’d like to build your career in and by the end of the programme, you’ll be equipped with all the critical skills you’ll need to be effective in a permanent role.
