Where you’ll play

You will be responsible for bringing together key data points from our MarTech teams, projects, suppliers and tech stack; showcasing how they affect the business.

You will play a key role in reviewing performance of our MarTech initiatives and developing our measurement framework to help shape our Performance Marketing, MarTech and AdTech strategies for the future.

Reporting into the Advertising Operations Manager, you must be focussed on delivering effective output across our MarTech stack for our brands (Paddy Power and Betfair) and our products (Sports Betting and Gaming)

How you’ll play it

  • Develop and manage reporting and analysis for the MarTech team (Ad Operations, MarTech Projects, Conversion Optimisation, CRM Solutions)  

  • Evolve our Martech data and analytics towards a more sophisticated, accurate understanding of performance

  • Translate findings into meaningful insights which can influence key stakeholders and teams

  • Work closely with Data, Product, BI and Tech teams to provide a holistic view of our MarTech performance and accurate reflection on how this affects the business; highlighting successes and areas of concern  

  • Communicate with Senior Leadership Teams, presenting on performance in a clear and effective manner

What you’ll bring

  • Practical experience and knowledge of analytical tools, data platforms and data warehouses

  • Previous examples of solving business intelligence and data related problems

  • Knowledge of Performance Marketing, Tech Industry and E-Commerce

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, SQL and experience of Google Analytics, Data Studio, Looker, Tableau

  • Understanding of data platforms such as Funnel or Domo

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to be able to present data effectively to all levels within the business
