Who you’ll work with
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced CRM analyst with a proven record of implementing successful CRM projects to join our award-winning CRM Data Strategy team.
The role will focus on strategic use of data to drive relevant marketing, regulatory and Safer Gambling communications to millions of customers across all of Sky Betting & Gaming brands
This role is a key part of the CRM strategy to drive value by ensuring our activity is as targeted, effective and efficient as possible.
Your role in ‘better’

You will utilise Sky Betting and Gaming data to drive our CRM tools (Unica & SQL developer) to manage and oversee complete, multichannel, multi-product campaigns from concept through to build and delivery.

Transform plans into reality by designing and building innovative customer journeys alongside our CRM Strategy, Communications and Commercial Marketing teams.

Work closely with the wider CRM & BI teams to identify areas to optimise campaign performance, drive customer engagement and improve customer experience.

Champion our operational quality control process, ensuring compliant, accurate and efficient delivery of data.

Work with our Data and Data Science teams to ensure we have all the data, models and segmentation we require

Work across multiple projects simultaneously, anticipating problems or delays and having solutions and contingencies in place.
How you’ll create ‘better’

You will have experience working within a data driven marketing role.

A strong background in Database marketing and experience of CRM within an online or ecommerce environment.

You will have experience of CRM tools (Unica / Adobe / SQL Developer / Acoustic) and knowledge and understanding setting robust test and learn plans

A proven track record of turning data insight into actionable recommendations, analytically minded with a keen eye for detail and accuracy and strong communication skills.

You will be outgoing and friendly, able to deal with a diverse range of personalities and opinions as well as commercially aware with the confidence to feedback your insight and ideas to senior company members.
