Who you’ll work with
We are looking to attract an innovative and customer centric leader with experience in a Product and/ or Commercial setting, to help drive our ambition to make Betting and Gaming better for our customers.
Reporting to the Acting Product Platform Director, you will play an active part in defining and implementing the overarching Customer Safety strategy and vision for all the Flutter UKI brands: Sky Betting & Gaming, Paddy Power and Betfair.
Working with the Customer Safety tribe you will be leading a team of product and design professionals, and will be committed to continuous improvement, be passionate about building capability and developing others, as well as yourself.
Your role in ‘better’

Collaborate to set and deliver a clear, cohesive Customer Safety product strategy for our brands, and balance it with room to source and test new opportunities

Drive user-centred design and development, cultivating an iterative approach to creating customer value - MVP, testing and measuring

Own the success of Customer Safety product critical metrics, assessing value of future product deliverables and tracking their effectiveness

Create cases for future developments and translate these into tangible outcomes

Work closely with Technology, Legal & Compliance, Customer Operations, each Brand team, ensure the tribe is structured to deliver roadmap priorities, while articulating and handling dependencies within the tribe, and across our three core brands

Instil a data-led product development culture around Customer Safety across all areas of the business

Through product management experience within a lean / agile development methodology, you will know when to employ different approaches and can balance lean-style MVP experimental work with focused iteration

You will be creative in solving problems across multiple mediums and platforms

You will have an understanding of customer interactions and user journeys on transactional digital products and demonstrate a passion for improving customer experience

You will have experience of managing, responding to, actioning and reporting on third party audits

You will be curious and stay up-to-date on the latest technology and customer trends, in particular mobile based products

You will maintain currency in your knowledge of industry and regulatory change around customer safety

You will have excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, and be comfortable operating at all levels of an organisation
