Where you’ll play
As Senior Growth Manager you will be responsible for growing the value of the Betfair customer base. This role is tasked with delivering growth from existing customers through a variety of generosity and retention levers as well as acquiring new customers. The role will focus on the development of initiatives to successfully leverage our target market aligned to the Betfair strategy. It will also centre on the optimisation and enhancement of customer Generosity which is a huge focus for the whole UKI division.
The role reports to the Head of Sports and holds a wide variety of responsibilities, collaborating and leading across the Sports tribe with all teams.
This is a key role in the Betfair organization with great exposure to a variety of stakeholders across Finance, Marketing, Commercial, Product and Risk & Trading
How you’ll play it

You will be responsible for our generosity budget with particular focus on net revenue and ROI delivery

Retention and engagement of the sports customer base

Enthusiastically lead and develop both your own team and across the Betfair organisation all teams that you collaborate with.
