We are seeking a Promotion Operations Executive who will be responsible for the execution of the marketing plan and the overall customer experience, across all SBG brands.
Your role in ‘better’
Reporting to the Promotion Operations Team Lead, the Promotion Operations Executive is tasked with ensuring the efficient day to day operations of Sky Bet, Sky Vegas, Sky Casino, Sky Bingo and Sky Poker.
This is a pivotal role supporting the marketing teams, to ensure their campaigns are executed accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities include:

Promotional set up and creation of on site content

Promotional fulfilment – ensuring all payments are made correctly and on time

Supporting the games teams in release of new on site content

Shadowing the Team Lead and Planning Lead, to understand how a promotion goes from idea to reality and why attention to detail is crucial

Providing second line support to our Customer Experience Team to answer promotional queries
How you’ll create ‘better’
The Promotion Operations Executive needs to have a strong work ethic and a keen eye for detail to be successful. Working 5 out of every 7 days between the hours of 8am and 6:30pm (shifts), good teamwork skills are essential.
Delivering a promotion from start to finish involves multiple hand-offs so the ability to communicate well with other teams and work cross-functionally is key. Previous experience collaborating with multiple teams and proactively building relationships would be highly beneficial.
This role will involve working across all SBG products so a passion for one or more of these is desirable.
