Who you’ll work with
We are looking to recruit a Lead Product Manager within our Gaming tribe to lead the UK’s Number #1 Slots operator; Sky Vegas.
This role is pivotal in understanding the needs and drivers of our slot players, responsible for building out the product strategy and aligning multiple engineering squads to drive the commercial opportunity and push the boundaries of innovation.
Your role in ‘better’

You’ll lead across some of our most critical projects, collaborating with other Product colleagues to ensure we’re delivering consistent value for our customers and for the business.

Building positive and productive relationships with stakeholders across your tribe and outwardly across the business, you’ll foster trustful and proactive relationships that aid delivery.

You’ll create and deliver product strategies in line with wider business strategy, that push boundaries and continually enhance our product offering.

You’ll lead and empower the product team, aligning everyone behind a common goal and coaching more junior members of the team.

You’ll work in a data- driven way, making evidence- based, commercially motivated decisions and proving the value of your work through key metrics.
