Where you’ll play

Reporting to the Head of Product, the Lead Product Manager for Gaming Platforms will craft and drive the strategy for our Flutter UK&I Gaming Platforms. You’ll work with teams across our three core brands; Sky Betting & Gaming, Paddy Power, and Betfair, aligning their individual and joint priorities to craft your roadmap.

The ‘Platform Product’ team provides services and capabilities that power compelling product experiences. Using our scale, and focusing resource on the future of our technology, we provide our brands with foundations to build unique and compelling customer experiences.

Our team is customer- centric, and we operate a hypothesis-led, data-driven, and outcome-focused approach to Product Development.

How you’ll play it

You’ll manage your team of 2 Product Managers through the evolution of our shared Platform Services for Gaming, across Sky Betting & Gaming, Paddy Power, and Betfair.
There are so many exciting initiatives happening across the business; whilst delivering brand- led roadmaps focused around product improvement and data gathering, you’ll also work to align the wider UKI product landscape- handling these sometimes conflicting priorities.
Data and insights are important to us, and you'll use these to shape your strategy and ultimately ensure that our products are optimised.
You’ll collaborate with colleagues across Product, Tech, and Commercial, across all three brands. These relationships will allow you to knowledge share, influence, and innovate.
You’ll take a supportive approach to the management of your team, empowering them to deliver slick, innovative and efficient improvements and developing them along the way.

What you’ll bring

This role also requires someone with relevant Product experience at a similar level, able to direct a team both operationally and strategically.
You’ll have a commercial approach, making data- driven decisions that will build tangible value for the business.

This is a people- focused role, and you’ll be an expert relationship builder and influencer, able to build positive and productive relationships across your team and wider.

Lead Product Manager
