We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Marketing BI Analyst to support us drive forward our understanding of marketing efficiency across Flutter UK and Ireland. You will play a key role in a team responsible for guiding marketing campaigns through insightful marketing business intelligence.
What you’ll do
Reporting to the Head of BI, you will implement intelligence-led approaches to UKI marketing – ensuring insights meet the needs of the organisation’s business goals and align with each of the brands’ strategies across Paddy Power and Betfair.
You will work within the marketing teams to understand and explain performance, investigate new business opportunities, and help enable efficient and successful marketing across our highly regarded brands.
How you’ll do it

Significant technical experience in delivering analytics solutions (ideally using Looker and SQL)

Skilled at condensing analysis into actionable insights to advise on business decisions within marketing and influence business performance

Team player with strong communication skills, able to encourage, empathise and work for your team

Ability to build strong and effective relationships within the Analytics team

Ability to thrive under pressure and understand urgent business needs with a measured and strategic approach

Self-motivated and action orientated

Validated background within a similar role within marketing analytics (media performance, new customer acquisition) would be beneficial.
