The Flutter UKI Accounts Tribe is responsible for all of Flutter UKI's Customer interactions that aren’t directly associated with the Gambling products. We underpin those successful products with Authentication and Authorisation, and Payment services, Safer Gambling controls in addition to providing Back office systems to support Contact centres, Risk management, Promotions, Marketing and CRM capabilities. We cover brands such as Paddy Power, Betfair and Sky Betting and Gaming.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR… .

A person new to the architect role – for example. you might be a Senior Engineer/DevOps or a non-technical person who has a passion to get involved in architecture

Someone who is passionate about technology and has experience being involved in large-scale projects

Someone who is comfortable suggesting new insights and provides a different slant on how we do things currently

Someone who loves to learn, is inquisitive and willing to question the way things are done
WHAT YOU WILL DO… .
Solution Architecture
-
Help build Architecture Sketches, Impact Assessments and High-Level Design (HLD) documents to support the delivery of the Tribe’s business goals
-
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the Tribe’s technologies and architecture
-
Maintain awareness of current architectural trends and developments within the market, particularly patterns and technologies being used within Flutter UK&I.

Identify architectural risks and propose alternatives and solutions
-
Work with Security, Legal and Compliance to ensure our solutions meet their standards and policies

Work with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Product Managers and business partners to evaluate solutions to business problems.
Technology Leadership
-
Input into the Tribe’s architecture roadmaps and gain dedication for architecture initiatives

Input into and influence the technical direction for a domain and provide architectural support and mentorship
-
Develop, show and demonstrate thought leadership within a domain, through standard processes and guardrails
-
Form effective relationships with technical and non-technical partners within the Tribe.
