Premium Accounts Executive


Where you’ll play

The Premium Accounts Executive role will support the growth and the value of Premium customers and assist the Premium Team to achieve their objectives.

As part of this team you will manage several operational processes concurrently, provide market feedback and data analysis to support the team execute commercial initiatives. You will assist in the onboarding of new Premium customers and be responsible for retaining and managing an important subset of Premium Customers.

How you’ll play it

  • You will build effective relationships with a variety of key internal stakeholders and manage processes that enable the team and Premium customers for success.

  • Establish relationships with unmanaged Premium customers to identify commercial opportunities and keep them compliant in line with regulatory requirements and safer gambling policies.

  • Own the Premium compliance review process for unmanaged Premium customers. Optimise recurring processes by identifying efficiencies across the Premium Team and Compliance Teams.

  • Understand how Premium Customers behaviour can impact the Exchange ecosystem both positively and negatively. Work with other teams to identify opportunities to change the ecosystem for the better.

  • Manage ad hoc projects within the Betfair Exchange business.

  • Own the on-boarding process for new Premium customers. Optimise current on-boarding process and identify ways of finding new Premium customers.

What you’ll bring

  • Excellent communicator who can express views in a clear and concise manner through various mediums. Actively listens to others and values their opinions.

  • Good understanding of the betting and gaming industry and the opportunities and challenges that it faces.  This person should have an interest in ensuring Betfair is a safe place to bet for all our customers.

  • Keen interest in a wider range of sports.

  • Understanding of the mechanics of the Betfair Exchange. Awareness of non-recreational betting landscape and how the needs of these customers differ from recreational customers.

  • Experience in working with businesses, implementing growth plans and increasing customer value.

  • Commercially minded – solid understanding of key business drivers.
