This role will report into the Senior Project Manager within the newly formed Marketing Services function and will focus on coordinating and driving the Project plans forward.
To be successful, you must have a keen hunger for Project Management with the ambition to learn and grow in role. You need to be a quick thinker and ensure that our meeting cadences and stakeholder engagement is managed well in order to deliver against the overall Project objectives.
What you’ll do

Handle the meeting cadences of several projects across the Marketing Services function whilst ensuring agendas, minutes and actions are delivered.

You will work across several UK leading brands, and teams to help ensure that Projects are delivered on time.

Support the Project Manager in delivering against the administrative elements of the projects.

Work closely with senior stakeholders with support from the Senior Project Manager and Director of Marketing Change.
How you’ll do it

You will be highly organised and structured individual with an attitude to learn and grow.

Previous experience in a similar role is helpful.
