Head of Paid Search

Your team

The Head of Paid Search will lead a team of in-house PPC experts within Flutter Marketing UKI, supporting brands such as Paddy Power, Sky Bet & Vegas and Betfair.

The team will be responsible for ensuring that our Paid Search budget is delivering against brand and performance KPIs across the sports betting and gaming brands of Flutter UKI. This budget covers execution across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing and Apple Search.

The team works closely with key stakeholders across Marketing, Commercial, Product and Martech to achieve the respective OKRs. You will lead the development and execution of the Paid Search strategy for UKI ensuring we are best-in-class and innovators in this space.

What you’ll do

  • You will be seen as the marketing guru for all things Paid Search with a finger on the pulse of platform development and innovation which the brands can leverage for commercial success.

  • Lead a best-in-class in-house paid search team with clear OKRs and investment in development and growth.

  • Deliver paid search campaigns which hit new and existing customer goals

  • Bring the ‘best of’ search data and insight into the business to explain performance and provide strategic insight

  • Influence adtech, tracking and measurement approach to ensure paid search sophistication and advancement.

  • Manage paid search budgets across brands and optimise accordingly to the parameters set, whilst working with the HO Organic Search closely to ensure an holistic ‘Search’ marketing approach.

  • Drive experimentation culture and delivery within the paid search function and overall Digital Marketing

  • Grow the partnerships with Google, Apple and Microsoft teams to create value and deliver on business plans

  • Develop a high performing team obsessed with improving performance and delivering change
