Product Director - Marketing & Generosity

Over the last couple of decades, they have all ridden the wave of digital betting with industry firsts like ‘cash-out’, ‘Request a Bet’, betting exchanges and free to play games like Soccer Saturday Super 6.

Your team

As a key member of the UKI Customer Product leadership team, you will oversee the strategic product direction for Martech & Generosity across three UKI brands, ensuring alignment with customer needs, brand priorities, and UKI Technical strategy.

What you'll do

  • Develop and implement the Product Vision and strategies for MarTech and Generosity.

  • Align product strategies with brand commercial, product, and marketing strategies.

  • Collaborate with technology counterparts to define target architectures.

  • Lead digital transformation in Marketing with clear strategies and delivery plans.

  • Find opportunities to simplify processes and deliver market-leading experiences.

  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Lead distributed teams across Flutter UKI Locations in a matrixed management style.

  • Ensure product roadmaps align with commercial and technology goals.

  • Maintain a customer-focused approach and drive iterative value release.

  • Stay updated on emerging UX, design, and product/technology trends.

  • Represent your areas at leadership levels.

MarTech Responsibilities

  • Define product strategy for Martech and Adtech capabilities (CRM systems, Analytics, Marketing Data, etc.).

  • Align delivery plans with marketing and commercial partners.

Generosity Responsibilities

  • Define product strategy for Generosity capabilities (CPP Platform, Promotion platform, etc.).

  • Develop new promotional mechanics and efficiencies across UKI brands.

How you'll do it

  • Proven track record to influence and manage partners effectively.

  • Focus on customer safety and wellbeing while delivering best-in-class experiences.

  • Strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strategic and forward-thinking with a capacity to deliver results and lead teams.

  • Extensive experience leading product teams in a fast-paced online/e-commerce environment.

  • Commercially competent with a track record of inspiring change and delivering against business metrics.

  • Experience in dynamic environments and regulated markets is preferred.

What you bring to the role

  • Senior leadership experience in product management ideally within an e-commerce or retail environment

  • Demonstrable experience in collaborating across reporting lines and the ability to influence and challenge without authority.

  • Experience of operating within a dynamic environment and leading significant programmes across an organisation.

  • Demonstrable experience of creating and delivering against rigorous business metrics and customer insights.

Travel Requirements

This role can be based out of our Leeds HQ (Central), London (Hammersmith), or Dublin (Clonskeagh) offices. As a Leader in Flutter UKI, along with the cross brand working element of the role, there will be a travel requirement in order to establish yourself and build relationships across the business. The expectation will be some degree of travel, likely every other week to one of our UKI hubs.
