  • Take inbound contacts from customers wanting to discuss their restriction or remove their Self Exclusion.

  • Act as a subject matter expert in the field of safer gambling

  • Undertake thorough and accurate risk assessment when customers trigger on internal controls and offer appropriate support to the customer

  • Review real time transactions from all our customer base

  • Discuss account activity directly with customers both inbound & outbound

  • Proactively identify unusual and potential fraudulent behaviours and undertake the appropriate escalations

  • Work closely with other operational teams to identify areas of weakness and process improvement possibilities


  • Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail

  • A confident and clear telephone manner with the ability to discuss sensitive topics and agree corrective actions with customers

  • The ability to digest information and present findings in a clear and concise way

  • Strong knowledge in the use of internal systems (Openbet, Salesforce, RG Database etc.)

  • The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and proactively manage your own workload

  • A strong desire to support customers in their behaviours and will to do the right thing

You will be working 37.5 hours per week, 5 days from 7 between the hours of 08:00 and 21:00. Please note this therefore includes evening and weekend work as part of the shift pattern.

Training will largely be based at the Leeds office (5 weeks) so candidates will need to be based within a commutable distance.
