As a Customer Experience Advisor at Sky Betting & Gaming, you’ll be part of a supportive team that’s passionate about helping you develop into a customer expert. There’s training available, right from the word go. We break this training into an initial Onboarding course then off into specialist Bet or Gaming content, depending on the team you join. We focus on your learning and take practical steps to help you become the very best Customer Experience Advisor that you can be.


Your day-to-day duties could include the following:

  • Taking customer queries via – Chat, Phones or Email

  • Administrative queries such as verifying customers, resetting passwords and payment queries

  • Ensuring that our customers are using our products safely and having conversations to ensure that they are utilising our Safer Gambling tools and support

  • Keeping up to date with new and existing promotions for both Bet and Gaming customers.

  • Support on general day-to-day queries that are related to the product, this could be betting queries including football, horseracing, boxing etc. Or for gaming this will be regarding our Vegas, Casino, Poker and Bingo products.

  • Providing solutions to customer issues and offering an industry leading service.

Our Team Manager will support you, along with Senior Advisors to develop your skills out on the Customer Experience Centre floor, learning all you need to know about our customers.


Part time shifts will fall between the hours of 7am and 2am. Our rotas run from Friday to Thursday.

Induction training will be based at the office in Leeds and will be full time for an initial period. Please note - we cannot approve holidays during the training period.

You will be required to work all peak events. Christmas and New Year are one of our busiest times of the year. Holiday cannot be approved during this time (you may be asked to work Christmas day if there is a requirement)

For training and support purposes, candidates need to be based within commutable distance to our Leeds office (4 Wellington Place, Leeds, LS1 4AP) If you experience technical issues whilst working from home you will be expected to travel to the office to receive technical support and fulfil your shift from the office.
