We are seeking an experienced Product Designer to join the Flutter UKI Product Design team. Our mission is to entertain like no one else! Dive into a UKI multi-brand adventure, transforming and innovating across a range of multi-million-pound, award-winning products.
You will help deliver exciting, intuitive, and user-friendly experiences across all of Flutter UKI’s online platforms, including SkyBet, Paddy Power, and Betfair.
What you’ll do
- Facilitate workshops.
- Create wireframes and prototypes at various fidelity levels.
- Deliver high-quality specs to development teams.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to meet user and business requirements.
- Contribute to our design system.
- Collaborate with PMs, Engineers, Researchers and Marketers.
- Continuous customer testing throughout the product development process to ensure that user needs and preferences are met.
- Champion implementation of accessible and inclusive design solutions.
How you’ll do it
- Previous experience in a Product Design role.
- Proficient in creating polished mock-ups with Figma.
- You’ll have a portfolio showcasing your problem-solving skills and design process.
- A basic understanding of how design systems operate.
- Focus on the customer, using research and data to define a user-centric approach.
- The ability to clearly articulate design concepts, ideas, and solutions to various stakeholders.
- Be proactive, flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment where project requirements and timelines may change.
- Excellent communication and listening skills as you’ll need to understand and incorporate feedback from team members and users.
- Your creativity and analytical thinking will allow you to solve complex design challenges.
- You'll always seek ways to enhance your skills and our processes and share your knowledge.
