Your team
- The Customer Due Diligence Team sits within our Risk Operations function and are responsible for identifying potential financial crime and terrorist financing, preventing gambling harm and ensuring that Paddy Power Betfair remains compliant with its regulatory obligations
- This role will support the existing team and bring a high level of experience, knowledge, and best practice
What you’ll do
- Oversee and organise daily operations, driving performance within the team by closely monitoring activities, conducting thorough quality checks and ensuring timely feedback
- Seek out and actively address improvement areas within the team’s workstreams, operational processes and procedures
- Provide ongoing training and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth
How you’ll do it
- Candidates should possess demonstrable knowledge and experience in the areas of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Affordability and be confident decision makers
- Approach decisions in a structured and logical manner, weighing up all risk factors, resulting in a strong justification of actions
- A confident and professional communication approach with the ability to embrace change and manage difficult situations with composure
