About The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Creative Project Manager to join our Marketing team at Flutter UK & Ireland.
You will be part of the Brand & Creative team responsible for developing our Gaming brands’ strategy and positioning, from establishing our mission, vision and values, measuring our brand performance, to defining how the brands communicate to our audiences through a range of campaigns and initiatives.
Reporting into the Head of Brand & Creative, our Senior Creative Project Manager will be responsible for championing the creative within our advertising campaigns, owning the creative process, development and output. You will also be responsible for managing and optimising the production budget, working with agency partners and developing relationships to deliver results.
What you will do

Manage the planning, development and production of TTL marketing campaign creative for the full Sky Gaming brand portfolios and non-product/brand specific initiatives and projects e.g. Safer Gambling Week.

It will be your role to drive the process and pace of delivery across internal teams, and external suppliers - owning the end-to-end process from brief to go-live for new creative campaigns.

Work with external creative agency partners and the internal Flutter Creative Studio department to ensure all required creative is produced both to brief and to the expected standard, ensuring compliance regulations are met throughout.

Work closely with the Head of Brand & Creative and Brand Managers to ensure implementation of overarching brand strategy across campaigns.

Develop high quality creative briefs to ensure that all detail is included, and the ask is clear.

Consult with channel teams to ensure that creative requirements are both aligned to the strategic approach and / or comms plan of each campaign / project.
What we’re looking for

Experience in a similar production/project management creative role gained within agency or in-house.

Ability to work on multiple creative projects at once, leading the creative output of various campaigns at different stages.

Strong eye for detail, quickly adapting to new and unfamiliar complex initiatives.

Take personal ownership of assigned creative projects/tasks, with the ability to interpret and guide stakeholder feedback at every stage to ensure positive steps taken during the creative development process.

Confident in influencing across all peer levels to ensure everyone is working to a common goal (on time & with clear measures of success defined).

Lead by example with effective communication; understand and regularly communicate how day-to-day actions positively impact the bigger picture.

The role may require travelling between office locations across our division, and on occasion, you may be on call during out of regular office hours, e.g. TVC shoots etc.
