We’re looking for CVM Managers to join our Marketing team at Flutter UK & Ireland.
Sitting within the Gaming Commercial department, CVM are responsible for ensuring our multi-million-pound generosity budgets are spent as efficiently as possible, whilst crafting strategies to maximise generosity engagement. The team collaborate with Performance, Marketing, Media, Product, Brand, Research, Business Intelligence & more.
What you will do

Support development of the CVM strategy and roadmap to maximise generosity and effectiveness.

Support the ambition for personalised generosity, using data to drive timely and value-based messaging and rewards.

Manage a team responsible for briefing in CVM campaigns, ensuring plans are delivered accurately and on time. Develop those within your team, with clear actionable objectives and development focuses.

Work with your counterparts across the business, to share best practices and apply shared learnings.
What we are looking for

Validated experience of handling budgets to deliver against commercial performance targets.

Experience of developing and nurturing a team.

Ability to influence and communicate well, using data led insights to ensure key deliverables are raised and prioritised.

Ability to work in a collaborative environment across multiple teams and locations.
