We’re looking for Proposition Managers to join our Marketing team at Flutter UK & Ireland.
The Propositions team will be responsible for delivering value propositions across our Gaming product portfolio. This team is essential in ensuring we remain a market leader across our gaming verticals, supporting customer acquisition, retention and revenue growth across our customer base.
What you will do

Delivering innovative propositions based on market trends and customer insights across Sky Gaming’s products

Working with team members to bring products and experiences to market

Developing, prioritising and implementing plans

Identifying commercial opportunities and crafting outcomes based on their needs and considerations

Monitoring proposition performance and customer feedback, and reporting on them
What we are looking for

Validated background in Customer Propositions

Demonstrative Innovative ability – can display examples of delivering innovating experiences

Insight –led and understands the work starts with the customer

Decision Quality - makes quality, long and short term decisions considering various inputs
