About The Role

We’re looking for a Head of CVM to join our Gaming Commercial department at Flutter UK & Ireland.

Reporting to the Commercial Director, this role will be responsible for developing the CVM strategy to support our Gaming product portfolio. 

This role is essential to support the growth and expansion of the business as well as creating customer value during the lifetime of the existing customers across our Gaming brands, working closely with the marketing, product and commercial teams.

What you will do

  • Develop our CVM strategy, undertaking player research and customer surveys to understand customer needs and preferences. Using these insights to build strategies to improve customer experience and loyalty.

  • Leading a team to meet business goals, setting clear expectations and supporting development.

  • Overseeing the customer data and generosity roadmap from concept to implementation.

  • Driving key commercial metrics, such as spend efficiency, retention, cross-sell, and upsell.

  • Customer generosity innovation. Leading the UKI business in introducing, implementing, and testing new experiences and technology.

What we are looking for

  • Validated experience in CVM, nurturing, churn management, and driving upsell/cross-sell in a mass market consumer business.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in customer segmentation, data analysis, and modelling techniques.

  • Experience in implementing and leveraging customer data platforms and advanced analytics.
