About The Role
Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Senior CRM Strategy Manager leads the CRM strategy across our highly successful Gaming brands. The role focuses on leading direct marketing communications across various channels and being responsible for a team of CRM Specialists to deliver initiatives that align with business objectives and improve the customer experience. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key to implementing CRM initiatives that drive results.
What you will do

Deliver clear communication plans that addresses business needs, working with key partners from across the business.

Put the customer experience at the heart of what you (and your team) do, strive to be customer led as opposed to product led.

Work with Analytics & Insight teams to develop clear measurement frameworks and report on performance frequently and clearly, with data driven rationale.

Push for creative excellence, communications should be compelling, on brand and drive customer activity.

Develop and maintain logical early life, in life and churn prevention programmes, aligned to acquisition sources, behaviours and commercial requirements.

Build close relationships with Data Products teams to identify and build models for targeting and optimisation, focusing on growing the relevance of communications that move customers towards preferred behaviours.
What we are looking for

Validated experience in CRM strategy, customer lifecycle management, or similar where you have driven success, prioritising customer-centric communication strategies.

Strong understanding of CRM segmentation and database marketing.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach. Skilled in identifying commercial opportunities and prioritizing initiatives based on data/insights.

Experience in mentoring and developing high-performance teams.

Familiar with GDPR and other regulatory requirements.

Excellent communication and project management skills. Able to think strategically and work collaboratively across teams.
