About The Role
Reporting to the Head of Performance, the Senior Commercial Operations Manager will constantly strive for assessing the risks and opportunities for our Gaming products whilst manging a multi disciplined team across operations and performance.
What you will do

Utilise data and tooling to help develop a future strategy for the Gaming operations function that puts player integrity and risk mitigation first. Develop a team to deliver against the day-to-day responsibilities, including:

Supporting the marketing teams, to ensure their campaigns are implemented accurately and efficiently.

RTP monitoring – UKGC requirement to monitor pay-outs.

Bonus abuse Exclusions – identifying and actioning bonus exclusions.

Reviewing how promotions are abused through ad hoc analysis, and influencing future offers to mitigate bonus abuse

Liability reviews – maths review on any new promotion mechanics ahead of launch.

Player reporting – reviewing big winning and losing accounts, consistent wins and syndicate activity

Anomalous activity – reviewing accounts for any unusual gameplay activity/potential loopholes

Syndicate reporting and actions.
