About The Role
Our CRM team is responsible for designing the customer communications strategy with a focus on relevancy and personalisation, we deliver impactful communications to our customer base to inspire customers and keep them safe, entertained and feeling valued.
What you will do

A key link between the wider CRM and commercial teams, this role is responsible for understanding commercial objectives and owning a monthly CRM plan that delivers incremental value towards those objectives.

With a customer first mind-set focussing on relevancy and personalisation to ensure we are delivering impactful, engaging & automated communications on & offsite.

With your direct reports, ensure adherence to our planning processes. Coordinating and running sessions with multiple teams to enrich and agree plans in a timely manner.

Work with Business Insight to ensure we understand the performance of our CRM Strategy, embedding KPIs across the CRM and Commercial teams and continuously measuring our performance against them & highlighting opportunities for improvement.

Work with CRM & Commercial teams to Identify opportunities to refine our targeting capabilities, work with the appropriate teams to drive new models and segmentation opportunities to enhance our plans. Ensure new data/ models are implemented and appropriately tested.

Work with agencies & creative teams to ensure CRM is at the front of our core campaigns.

With a keen eye on industry, competitor & technology advancements share learnings and challenge internal teams to drive innovations.
What we are looking for

Bridging the gap between multiple teams, you will be a strong communicator, able to understand challenges, processes and abilities of multiple teams to drive collaboration, innovation and actionable plans which maximise the effectiveness of our CRM output.

Engaging in ongoing learning and self-development, as a manager you will proactively share your CRM knowledge and experience with your team, creating forums for shared learnings to inspire, educate and maximise impact across all products in the business.

Passionate about the customer experience, seek to understand more about our customers and their preferences through data, research and CX centre. Identifying and developing opportunities to improve the overall customer experience.

Confident in interrogating the numbers to drive recommendations, you will be an analytical thinker with a strong commercial acumen.
