About the Role
With a focus on relevancy and personalisation, you will be part of a team who strive to increase commercial value through incremental improvements utilising detailed test scenarios with clear KPIs and performance analytics.
What you will do

Take ownership of the day-to-day management of CRM communications plan – communicating and aligning with operational teams and commercial partners to efficiently deliver customer comms.

Supporting commercial campaigns by crafting CRM plans across email, push notification, onsite notification, and direct mail to deliver on key objectives and critical metrics.

Briefing and coordinating creative and copy to be used in CRM communications, working with creative and operational teams to implement.

Actively look for opportunities and trends to optimise the engagement on our CRM Communications, implementing A/B testing to drive positive performance and working with wider teams to understand tool and data capabilities.

Regularly document, review and share CRM performance with key team members in Marketing & Commercial, showcasing new innovation and ideas.

Work with Business Intelligence to regularly review and understand performance against pre-determined important metrics of all activity to improve and shape strategic directions.
What we are looking for

Strong communicator, able to understand challenges, processes and abilities of multiple teams to drive actionable plans which improve the delivery resource we have available. A proactive, solutions focussed approach and ability to forge good working relationships with multiple team members is essential.

Passionate about the customer experience you will seek to understand more about our customers and their preferences through data, research and CX centre. Identifying and developing opportunities to improve the overall customer experience.

You need to be flexible to changing business performance and prioritise activity, be a highly organised, self-starter with excellent attention to detail and time management skills.

Confident in interrogating the numbers to drive recommendations, you will be an analytical problem solver with a strong commercial competence.

Key tools used in the role are Workfront (our work flow management tool), Power BI & Excel for analysis and Cheetah Mail to view email templates and get a quick check on email engagement.
