We’re looking for an Automation Senior Business Analyst to join the Automation team within Flutter UKI.
Your focus will be on building our roadmap and delivering robust automations. Our aim is to radically improve how our teams operate, delivering faster, more efficient and higher quality processes to our customers and employees. You’ll be eager to make a significant and tangible impact through improving the operations for our business.
What you’ll do
- Responsible for managing a small team of Business Analysts.
- You’ll document all process requirements and flows prior and after automation using standardised documents.
- You’ll keep stakeholders informed of the status of development requirements and scope.
- Participate on sign-off approvals by business and/or technical staff to certify successful results of milestone deliverable(s) or phase completion, including process development and deployment.
- Constantly liaise with process owners to raise operational improvements and brainstorm for automation ideas.
How you’ll do it
- You’ll be an experienced Business Analyst with previous experience either managing or coaching/mentoring Junior Business Analysts.
- You’ll be passionate about developing others and creating an inclusive working environment.
- Excited about technology and interested in how it can change how we work!
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, drive for simplicity and clarity along with excellent organisational skills and time management.
- You’ll be keen to have a deeper understanding on all processes and to improve the cohesion between teams.
- Plan effectively and efficiently, with an ability to adapt to changing circumstances and deliver under pressure.
- Resiliency - be able to push forward when things are changing or not going as expected.
- Understands the structures of the business and the people/teams needed to leverage and achieve a result.
