Hybrid working is our new norm. Our people have the autonomy to decide how many times they travel into the office to be with their teams - all we ask is that you come into the office as a minimum once per quarter if that's what works for you and your teams. Some of our people are even fully remote and this is an option you can discuss with your recruiter.
