Flutter’s Leeds office is one of the biggest in its portfolio. Spread across multiple floors, the space was designed and opened in July 2021 and is a pillar of Leeds’s business community. Just a few minutes walk from Leeds Train Station and from the centre of the city, the office is in a great location for enjoying everything Leeds has to offer. Every single floor has it's own unique "heart space" complete with coffee machines and well designed break-out areas, allowing colleagues to work and roam freely to choose where they want to work!

In the building, there is a state of the art gym and showers with vanity areas including Dyson Airwraps. The 7th floor is a community space with open plan areas suited to staff socials and large meetings, with indoor and outdoor seating thanks to the roof terrace. Grab a coffee and a bite to eat at ‘Bread and Flutter’ café or head to the 8th floor for a game of pool.
