As part of our growing Change and Transformation team, the Senior Project Manager will report to the UKI Transformation Programme Manager and play a key role in driving our change agenda forward. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives across the UKI People Change & Transformation Portfolio — from Inception to Benefit Realisation — spanning major operating model changes and broader HR Transformation projects, while building internal change capability and delivering robust programme management support across the project lifecycle.
What you'll do:
-
Lead end-to-end project planning, scoping and delivery — defining key deliverables, managing budgets, sequencing change activity and ensuring business readiness across all impacted areas
-
Drive effective stakeholder management at all levels, maintaining appropriate governance, reporting and communication to align expectations and manage dependencies throughout the project lifecycle
-
Proactively identify, manage and mitigate risks and blockers, ensuring alignment with the wider programme and keeping delivery on track
-
Champion best practice project management tools, documentation and continuous improvement — including lessons learned sessions — to build internal change capability and drive delivery excellence
-
Contribute to portfolio-level planning by feeding project updates into master plans across both operating model and HR Transformation programmes, ensuring value is delivered consistently and transparently
What you'll bring:
-
Proven experience managing large, complex projects in a matrix or cross-functional environment, ideally within a large multi-brand organisation
-
Strong grounding in project and programme management methodologies such as PRINCE2, MSP or Agile, with the ability to apply these pragmatically across varied initiatives
-
Exceptional stakeholder management skills across all levels — from senior leadership to third-party vendors — with the confidence to assign accountability and hold people to delivery
-
Strong risk, issue and decision-making capability, with sound judgement when navigating difficult calls and ensuring mitigation strategies are in place and regularly reviewed
-
Outstanding communication, planning and prioritisation skills, with the ability to develop both high-level roadmaps and detailed delivery plans while leading and motivating multi-disciplinary teams
