In this role, you’ll bring those qualities to our Sky Bet Commercial function where you’ll play a key role in driving our Commercial Performance, maximizing customer/commercial activities and campaigns and identifying ways in which we can improve our strategy and output.
What you'll take on
- Analysing performance on a day-to-day and week-to-week basis, developing plans to improve commercial performance
- Produce, own and deliver the business brief for key events and campaigns, leading the commercial and marketing strategies/teams to ensure brand/commercial performance targets are hit
- Fully understand what drives our key customer base, using market data and insight to unpick customer behaviours and ensure that all campaigns and marketing activities are engaging and measured effectively
- Work closely with relevant internal teams to ensure that our commercial marketing plans are aligned to business objectives
- Develop and inspire your team. Manage and mentor direct reports, driving performance, development, and engagement while fostering a collaborative environment.
What you'll bring
- Significant Marketing or Commercial experience, preferably with knowledge of Sports Betting and Racing
- Demonstrable experience of managing and developing a team
- Have a commercial mindset, identifying and understanding key trends and patterns in the behaviour of customers
- Be naturally collaborative and a confident communicator, able to form strong relationships with colleagues and external suppliers
- Motivated to learn about the latest developments and trends.
