What you'll take on
- Analyse performance on a day-to-day and week-to-week basis, understanding key trends and patterns in the behaviour of our customers
- Fully understand what drives our key customer base, using market data and insight to unpick customer behaviour and ensure that all campaigns and marketing activities are engaging and measured effectively
- Support the team in driving the commercial approach and the overarching marketing strategy across Sky Bet through multi-channel marketing campaigns (for example, Cheltenham, Start of Season and World Cups)
- Work hand in hand with key stakeholders within the business to monitor and execute performance, promotional activity, and most importantly the customer experience.
