Meet the Safer Gambling Team

Our Safer Gambling Team at Flutter UKI is a diverse group of over 200 passionate colleagues dedicated to customer safety. We're committed to educating, empowering, understanding, and supporting our customers to ensure they have the best possible experience. In 2023, we formed our Customer Safety Tribe, a collaborative initiative that brings together multiple teams from across our division together, to deliver customer safety services, products, and experiences efficiently and effectively.

What we do

Our Safer Gambling Team is in place to cover every aspect of customer safety and is comprised of different areas your skills could be utilised within including:

  • Operations
  • Strategy 
  • Product & Engineering 
  • Business Intelligence (BI)

Our Safer Gambling team works closely and collaborates with all areas of the business, including data and technology, legal and compliance, marketing, research, and commercial brand teams - to create a comprehensive and cohesive approach to customer safety.
