Flutter UKI Sponsors Reframe WIT Conference 2024

We are proud sponsors again this year of the Reframe Women in Tech conference, taking place in Manchester on 28th February 2024. 

This not-for-profit conference has community and accessibility at its core and is centred around creating the opportunity for women in the tech industry to have their voices heard - and to highlight the successes and incredible impact that women are having in the tech industry. 

In March 2023 this event welcomed 750 delegates across a 2-day conference and community experience in Manchester but whilst the event has grown, the vision has stayed the same, ticket prices remain consistently low, childcare remains 100% free for every delegate and the commitment to supporting first-time speakers and sharing unheard voices remains at the core of the event with special break out stages offering five-minute speaking slots for new speakers who are provided with support and coaching.

Jo Prosser Director of Technology for Sky Betting & Gaming is attending this year along with other Flutter UKI Colleagues. Jo tells us:

“This is the second year we’ve sponsored the Reframe Women in Tech Conference. It really complements what we strive to do every single day at Flutter UKI. We’re working hard, not just on increasing the number of women working in technology, but also on creating a supportive, inclusive and limitless environment for women to thrive and progress within.

Last year, there were 10 of us in attendance; this year there are around 30 of us going – a mix of men and women. A good gender balance at events such as this one is key to creating the culture we seek to build and enhance.“
