Welcoming our 2025 Grads to Flutter UKI

This autumn, we were delighted to welcome our newest intake of graduates to Flutter UK & Ireland - an incredible group of future talent ready to make their mark on our business. 

Our 2025 graduate cohort includes: 

• 10 Flutter Graduate Programme participants split across our Dublin and Leeds offices.
• 2 Graduate Finance Trainees – also split across Dublin and Leeds. 

Our Leeds-based Finance Graduate joined us through an internal move, having first started as a part-time trader while studying at university in 2024 - a brilliant example of the career pathways possible within Flutter! 

A Four-Week Immersive Induction Experience 

The cohort kicked off their Flutter journey with a four-week induction split between our Dublin and Leeds offices. 

The first two weeks saw both our Commercial and Finance graduates come together to explore Flutter’s brands, products, culture and ways of working. After that, our Finance grads began their first team rotations, while our Commercial graduates continued with a more tailored two-week onboarding focused on their specific programme content.  

Throughout the induction, graduates heard from leaders across the business, including our CEO Kevin Harrington and CPO Lisa Hogan, who hosted an engaging coffee meet and greet, to discuss the importance of new graduate talent in shaping Flutter’s future. 

Joining us as a grad means you experience a mix of sessions designed to build knowledge and confidence - from understanding our industry and customer experience to personal development topics such as building your personal brand and overcoming imposter syndrome. 

Leadership Involvement and Mentorship 

One of the real successes of this year’s programme has been the active involvement of our senior leaders. Our programme sponsors not only helped shape the skills and capabilities we sought during assessment but also played a hands-on role during onboarding and will continue to mentor our graduates throughout their journey.

Being part of onboarding means we’re building relationships from day one and getting attuned to graduates’ skills and backgrounds. It’s valuable for sponsors to see first hand what the market looks like and to set clear expectations from the outset.

It’s been the right move for senior leadership to be more involved - from helping shape the programme to delivering onboarding. The mix of skills, backgrounds, and experience in this group is really exciting. We want our graduates to go into their teams feeling energised and empowered.

The entire graduate onboarding has been such an enriching experience with so many fun and informative sessions that gave me a great insight into Flutter and their amazing values. With onboarding complete, our 2025 graduates are now settling into their first rotations, bringing new ideas, fresh perspectives, and enthusiasm into every corner of the business.
